Welcome!
Looking for 2D content—movie trailers, game clips, nature scenes, space footage, and more—that really pops in 3D? You’re in the right place. This page is your playground for discovering great content and bringing it to life in 3D using software like Owl3D, iw3, or Deep Desktop, a device like the INAIR Pod (which has built-in, real-time 2D-to-3D AI for each app window), or XREAL REAL3D™-compatible glasses. Simply open this page and enable 3D on your glasses, device, or software to instantly view the content (and anything it links to) in 3D with your XREAL glasses.
Note: This page does not contain any pre-converted 3D content. It only provides 2D videos (in the best quality I could find on YouTube) as sources so you can test and enjoy them with real-time 2D-to-3D conversion software or devices. We’ll briefly mention 3D SBS content and a recommended way to watch it, but otherwise this page focuses on 2D videos meant to be converted to 3D using software or device-based solutions (like puck devices, glasses, etc.) that perform real-time 2D-to-3D conversion.
A lot of the content here hasn’t been personally tested by me for 3D depth yet, but I’m assuming it should work well enough with 2D-to-3D conversion.
Before we continue, let’s go over a few key terms so everything makes sense moving forward.
Advantages of XREAL REAL3D™ Compared to Other 2D-to-3D Solutions:
-
System-wide conversion – Works on almost any 2D content without needing per-app setup, profiles, or compatibility tweaks.
-
No extra software or drivers – Everything runs directly on the glasses, so there’s nothing to install, update, or troubleshoot.
-
Instant mode switching – You can turn REAL3D™ on or off without restarting apps, games, or videos.
-
Consistent UI behavior – Menus, video controls, and overlays remain intact, unlike SBS-based solutions where UI elements can break or split.
-
Portable and device-agnostic – Your 3D experience travels with the glasses, not the device you plug into.
-
No pre-processing or conversion time – Unlike offline or clip-based converters, everything happens in real time.
-
No resolution splitting – Unlike SBS 3D, you don’t lose horizontal resolution or deal with mismatched aspect ratios.
-
Better for multitasking – You can switch apps, inputs, or content seamlessly while staying in 3D.
-
Works equally well for video and gaming – No need for separate modes or tools depending on the content type.
Note: Some games may not be ideal right now, as XREAL REAL3D™ currently supports up to 30Hz. 60Hz was demonstrated at CES 2026 and is expected to be made available in a future update.
Most videos here are trailers, reviews, or short clips designed to give you a taste of the 3D experience. Spot something that grabs your attention? Dive in and see how spectacular it looks in full 3D!
Why this page may be useful...
Curious how a 2D movie or game really pops when converted to 3D? Try it here first and see the effect for yourself before committing hours — you might even discover new favorites or find a fresh 3D twist on your old favorites!
A couple of quick notes:
-
Titles starting with “The” are sorted by the next word, so finding what you want is way easier.
-
Only the Movies and Video Games sections are organized alphabetically. Everything else is in a random order. Keep in mind the rule about “The” mentioned above.
-
Most videos should be HD (1920 × 1080) or 4K quality. Some may be 720p — typically anything cartoony is fine at 720p — if better options weren’t available, but nothing lower than 720p. The goal is to get 4K videos whenever possible, as the image quality is very crisp and provides a better 2D-to-3D conversion.
Note: Outside of YouTube, 1920 × 1080 videos are usually fine to convert since they’re less compressed. I mainly recommend 4K for YouTube because a lot of 1080p uploads on YouTube aren’t as clean or crisp as the original 1080p versions found elsewhere. -
Only one video per movie or video game sequel is included unless the title takes a completely different style direction (for example, Mario games). Since most sequels give a similar 3D effect anyway, watching one title is usually enough to get a taste of what the others will look like.
Quick Jump Navigation:
-
Movies — Mostly trailers and clips.
-
Video Games — This will mostly include trailers, clips, and reviews.
-
Earth & Environments — Any videos related to cities, villages, nature, landscapes, and wildlife.
-
Miscellaneous Videos — Random awesome stuff from robots to car shows to cosmic space adventures and everything in between!
-
Photos — Explore amazing photography from all kinds of creators. From toy worlds to breathtaking landscapes and everything in between!
Note: No TV shows for now, and maybe not ever. I feel the current categories are enough, and only a few TV shows are really worth watching in 3D anyway. If you know any shows that convert well from 2D to 3D, feel free to let me know and I might consider adding them. If those shows happen to have a movie version, I’ll only list the movie instead. For now, I’d rather focus on the current categories since they usually offer the best 2D-to-3D conversions.

3D SBS (3D Side-By-Side) is a format for displaying stereoscopic 3D content where two images—one for the left eye and one for the right eye—are placed side by side on the screen.
-
Full 3D SBS is a stereoscopic 3D format where each eye receives a full-resolution image side-by-side. For example, on a 1920×1080 display, each eye gets the full 1920×1080 pixels, resulting in sharper and more immersive 3D visuals.
-
Half 3D SBS is a format where the left and right images are compressed horizontally to fit side-by-side within the same 1920×1080 frame, so each eye effectively gets a 960×1080 image. This saves bandwidth but reduces image quality compared to full 3D SBS.
Click here to read a Reddit guide on how to watch 3D SBS content on the XREAL One series and XREAL Beam Pro.
*Note #1: If you have the XREAL Air series and XREAL Beam Pro, you can still follow that guide, but to enable full 3D SBS mode for the XREAL Air series, press and hold the brightness+ button for 2 seconds until you hear the first beep.
*Note #2: XREAL Beam Pro owners will be able to set any app window to Full 3D SBS or Half 3D SBS through nebulaOS in a future update. A public beta is scheduled from January 8, 2026, to January 22, 2026.

Recommended: If you own an XREAL Beam Pro or another Android device, I suggest downloading Kodi from the Google Play Store. Kodi supports watching 3D SBS content and offers extensive settings to properly display subtitles, navigation, player controls, and video in 3D.

3D AI (2D-to-3D AI Conversion) — A software- or device-based method that uses AI models to analyze 2D content and estimate depth before turning it into 3D. It can create more detailed depth in some scenes, but usually requires more processing power, may add delay, and depends on the quality of the software, hardware, and content being used.
XREAL REAL3D™ — A built-in feature on compatible XREAL glasses that converts any 2D content into 3D in real time using the onboard X1 spatial computing chip. It works system-wide without requiring special apps, software, or extra hardware. REAL3D™ analyzes the image on the fly and slightly offsets the view for each eye to create a sense of depth, allowing movies, games, photos, and apps to appear more spatial and immersive directly on the glasses.
3D Depth Modes:
-
Soft — Gentle 3D effect. Comfortable for long sessions and easy on the eyes. Minimal glitches or stretching. Ideal for extended play or nostalgic content.
-
Natural — Slightly stronger 3D depth. More immersive, but may cause minor discomfort over long periods. A good middle ground for most users, offering noticeable depth without major visual issues.
-
Enhanced — Noticeably stronger 3D effect. Objects and backgrounds pop more, though some distortion or minor glitches can appear, especially in busy scenes. Best for shorter sessions or when you want to show off depth.
-
Furious — Most intense 3D mode. Depth really pops, but it can cause eye strain, glitches, and visual artifacts. Best for short, highly immersive experiences. Not recommended for long play or complex scenes.
Most users recommend Soft or Natural for everyday use, as they provide a good sense of depth without causing eye strain or noticeable visual issues. Enhanced and Furious are better suited for short demos or specific scenes where maximum depth is the goal rather than long-term comfort.
